Kilimanjaro Vikings is a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction and exceptional value. We promise to do our best to make your holiday safe and enjoyable. In spite of our best efforts, anything in life involves some risk of injury or illness. We always suggest purchasing travel insurance to guard against this. Because many of our expenses are not recoverable in this event, after the start of a safari or trek, there can be no refund if the trip is shortened at your request or by the recommendation of our trained mountain guides who may deem continuation inadvisable due to health risks. Issues regarding vehicles and local travel are governed by the laws of Tanzania.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation made more than 7 days before scheduled start: 30% of total trip amount retained by Kilimanjaro Vikings

Cancellation made 3 days or less before scheduled start: 50% to total trip amount retained by Kilimanjaro Vikings

There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 36 hours before scheduled start

In some cases third parties have different cancellation policies (such as some safari lodges) that may change the required amount retained in the event of cancellation. Before booking, we will make you aware of any additional restrictions.

I found out about Safaris In Tanzania through my friend. We decided to have activities such as the Maasai village visit and Ngorongoro crater safari that are offered by them because of highly recommended reviews from my friend and the others. Plus they have a Japanese translator to help and assist in asking questions in Japanese. Their response and service were great. All the details of the price and our activity were cleared before starting and they worked on time so that we were not under any confusion. We had a great time thanks to them. I will also recommend them to my friends.

Myself and three other friends enjoyed a safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, and Lake Manyara. The guide and the chef who were with us were totally kind and gave us excellent service! The guide tried really hard to look for animals all the time and we so all the big fives which were available in our locations. Two leopards, five cheaters, and a lot and lots of lions, elephants, and buffaloes! The accommodation we stayed in was ok. We are totally satisfied with the cost we paid for this unforgettable experience.

Our driver was very committed and knew a lot about nature and the animals. The organizing was very easy and the contact was also very friendly.
