6 Days Tanzania Safari

After breakfast in the morning leave your hotel in Moshi/Arusha town with picnic lunch and drive to Tarangire National Park (198km- 4hrs) for game drive and later in the evening drive to Haven nature camping site OR Motto cottages for dinner and overnight. Common animals found in this park are elephants, cheetah, wildebeests, elands, zebras, lions, leopards, giraffes, tree climbing pythons and many species of birds. This park is also heavily dominated by huge baobab trees which are one of the longest living trees in the wilderness. {Meal plan: B, L & D}

Leave the campsite or Lodge in the morning after breakfast with your picnic lunch and drive to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area (205km, 4-5 hrs as the road is sometimes very rough). Game drive will be en route to Nyani camping site or Katikati tented camps for dinner and overnight. Common animals likely to see is wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, elephants, lions, hippos, leopard, cheetah, eland, warthogs, hyenas, buffaloes, blue monkeys, vervet monkeys, baboons and several species of birds. {Meal plan: B, L & D}

Early morning game drives before breakfast. You will be likely to see sun rise if it is on a clear day as it is an attraction there on the endless plains and probably spot the nocturnal animals as they are returning to their dens. After breakfast emerge for a full day game drive inside the Serengeti National Park with game drives on different locations including ndutu area and later in the evening drive back to Nyani camping site or Katikati tented camps for dinner and overnight. {Meal plan: B, L & D}

After breakfast in the morning as usual, you will start with an early game driving to see the sunrise and most of the animals are returning to their shelters after a whole night of hunting or grazing, Sunrise in Serengeti is amazing, You will drive around the park until mid afternoon and start driving out of the Serengeti toward SIMBA CAMPING SITE or Rhino Lodge which is located on Ngorongoro crater rim. You will have dinner and spend the night here.

After breakfast in the morning descend the 600m high crater walls to the crater floor with your picnic lunch. You will explore this amazing area which supports over 25000 wild animals and majority are residents as the crater has enough pasture and water all year round, until later in the afternoon where you will start driving to HAVEN NATURE CAMPING SITE or MOTTO COTTAGES in Mto wa mbu for dinner and overnight. Common animals likely to see on the crater are black rhinos, wildebeests, zebras, elephants, lions, cheetah, warthogs, hippos,  hyenas, buffaloes, blue monkeys, vervet monkeys, baboons and several species of birds including the heaviest flying bird (kori bustard) and the smallest flying one (larks). {Meal plan: B & B}

After breakfast in the morning, leave Camping site with picnic lunch and drive to Lake Manyara National Park (30km, 40min). Morning games drives and later in the afternoon exit the park and drive back to Moshi or Airport OR Arusha (126km -4hrs).  End of safari.Common animals likely to see is giraffes, zebras, elephants, tree climbing lions, leopard, warthogs, hyenas, buffaloes, baboons, blue and vervet monkeys and several species of birds including the lesser/greater flamingos, pelicans, storks etc on the lake. {Meal plan: B & B}
